Most clients move directly from the assessment into an STS engagement. Some take the roadmap and run it internally. Both are valid, and we will tell you honestly which one fits your situation. What we will not do is sell you something you do not need. If the right answer is "fix three things you can do yourself and check back in six months," that is what we will say.
