Every engagement starts with the AI Profit and Growth Assessment, which ends in a written 90-day roadmap you own either way.
Do I have to buy implementation to get value?
No. The Assessment stands on its own. You walk out with ranked use cases, a risk and policy review, a vendor short list, and a written 90-day plan with owners and budgets. Run it yourself and save the fee, or run it with us and keep the head start. Either way the roadmap is yours.
Is my data safe with the AI tools you recommend?
That is exactly the question we obsess over. Before anything gets adopted, we review where your data goes, what the vendor keeps, whether they train on it, and who is accountable when the model is wrong. Free tools get the hardest look of all, because when you do not pay for the model, your data is the payment.

Exact pricing is confirmed on the discovery call, which is free, takes about 20 minutes, and scopes the engagement. We will tell you which tier fits, even if that means recommending a smaller engagement than you expected.
How long does the assessment take?
It scales with the tier. Foundation is a focused engagement for smaller teams. Growth adds multi-department workflow review and a vendor audit. Enterprise adds multi-business-unit scope and custom policy work. Every tier starts with a 20-minute discovery call and ends with a leadership debrief and the written 90-day roadmap. The discovery call gives you a firm timeline for your size.
What happens after the assessment?
You choose. Some clients take the roadmap and run it internally, and that is a valid outcome. Most move into STS, our ongoing engagement: Strategy aligns leadership on what AI is for, Training builds skills from leadership to frontline, and Systems puts AI into the workflows you already run, with verification and security designed in.
What is Managed AI Security?
An ongoing service, run the way our MSP practice runs networks. It controls which AI tools your people can use, monitors what goes into them, and keeps your AI policy enforced month after month. It also covers shadow-AI discovery, vendor terms watch, AI-aware phishing and threat defenses, output verification with named owners, and training refreshers, whether we built your AI or you did.
Do you only work with Texas businesses?
We are based in San Marcos and Texas is home turf, but the work travels. Discovery calls, assessments, and training run over video when distance requires it, and Managed AI Security is remote by nature. If you are outside Texas, book the discovery call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
