Who we are at tekRESCUE AI, and why our approach to AI looks different from most.
I am Randy Bryan, the CEO of tekRESCUE. Our team has spent decades in IT. We have run businesses, supported networks, recovered ransomware victims, and answered the same kind of phone calls every IT person has answered ten thousand times.
It is critical that businesses understand what AI can do, how to implement it, and how to do it securely. That is what I speak on, and what I lead tekRESCUE to build and advise on. tekrescue.ai is the dedicated home for that work.
I am a translator.
The companies we work with are often not technology companies. They are builders, commercial subcontractors, trades businesses, nonprofits, law practices, real estate firms, hospitality operators. They know their business. They do not always know what AI can do for it (or what it can do to it). My job is to bridge that gap: enter a business, listen, help leadership see what they already know but had not yet connected to AI. Then I hand them a 90-day path. Then we either run it together or send them on their way with a real plan.
I am most useful as a catalyst. I am not the person you hire to write your prompts. I am the person you hire to figure out what your business should be doing with AI in the first place, and to make sure you do not blow up your security posture in the process.

tekRESCUE LLC is based in San Marcos, Texas. Most firms pick one of these and call it a day. Cybersecurity firms do not understand marketing. Marketing agencies do not understand security. AI consultants do not understand operations. We do all four, which means when we approach AI for a client, we look at it through every lens at once.
